Reconstitution of Central Advisory Board u/s 8(a) of COFEPOSA Act for a period between July 2018 to March 2019

EXTRAORDINARY PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY MINISTRY OF FINANCE (Department of Revenue) (CENTRAL ECONOMIC INTELLIGENCE BUREAU) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 16th July, 2018 G.S.R. 649(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of Section 8 of the Conservation of Foreign Exchange and Prevention of Smuggling Activities Act, 1974 (52 of 1974) and in supersession of the Notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) G.S.R. No. 272 (E) dated 23rd March, 2018 except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the Central Government hereby reconstitutes an Advisory Board with immediate effect for a period upto 22.3.2019, consisting of :- (i) Hon’ble Mr. Justice Rajiv Shakdher - Chairperson (iii) Hon’ble Ms. Justice Rekha Palli - Member SURENDRA KUMAR GUPTA, Dy.
