Sub section (ii) dated the 8th May, 2008 under the notJ!icanon of the GO'Iernment of India in the Ministry of I .abour and l'..mpleymo:nt, munber S.O. 1109 (Fi}, dated the 8th May. 2008 inviting objoe!ions and suggestions from all person> likely to be affected thereby within a p-eriod of three mnntbs from the date on wflicb copies ofthe Official Gazette containing the said notification were made avmlable tn the public.
