EXTRAORDINARY PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 221] NEW DELHI, TUESDAY, APRIL 11, 2023/CHAITRA 21, 1945 MINISTRY OF ENVIRONMENT, FOREST AND CLIMATE CHANGE NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 3rd April, 2023 G.S.R. 282(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 3 of the Environment (Protection) Act, 1986 (29 of 1986), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, vide Number G.S.R. 45(E), dated the 19 th January, 2018, namely:- In the said notification, for the direction (14), the following shall be substituted, namely: “(14) Sale of pet coke shall be made to the industrial units mentioned in the list annexed to this notification. Central Pollution Control Board shall, on the recommendation of concerned State Government, grant permission for sale of pet coke to additional lime kiln units in National Capital Region States.” NARESH PAL GANGWAR, Addl.
