Notifications under Telangana Scheduled Areas Minor Forest Produce (Regulation of Trade) Regulations, 1979 The Andhra Pradesh Scheduled Areas Minor Forest Produce (Regulation of Trade) Regulations, 1979 Date for the Enforcement [G.O.Ms.No.1, Social Welfare, dt.1st January, 1980 published in the A.P. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of Section I of the Andhra Pradesh Scheduled Areas Minor Forest Produce (Regulation of Trade) Regulation, 1979 (Andhra Pradesh Regulation 1 of 1979), the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby specifies the first day of January, 1980, as the date on which the said regulation shall come into force in all the scheduled areas in the State of Andhra Pradesh. The Andhra Pradesh Scheduled Areas Minor Forest Produce (Regulation of Trade) Regulations, 1979 [G.O.Ms.No.20, Social Welfare (F-II) Dept. dt. 14th February, 1983, published in the A.P. Gazette (EO) RS to Part-I dt. 14-2-1983] In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Andhra Pradesh Scheduled Areas Minor Forest Produce (Regulation of Trade) Regulation 1979 (Andhra Pradesh Regulation 1 of 1979), the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby appoints the Girijan Co-operative Corporation Limited, Visakhapatnam as an agent for the purposes of purchase of, and trade in any minor forest produce on behalf of the Government. 1.
