Sce.(1)-2023/ 9283-In excreise ol the powers conferred under sub-scction (1) read with sub-section (2) of seetion 43 of the Haryana Agricultural Produce Markels Act. 1961 (Punjab Act 23 of 1961), the Governor of Haryana hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Haryana Agricultural Produce Markets (General) Rules, 1962. namely 1. These rules may be called the Haryana Agricultural Produce Markets (General) Sccond Amendment Rules, 2023. icultural Produce Markets (General) Rules, 1962, (hercinaller inrulc 24.- N 2. In the Haryana Agr (i) in sub-rule (1). afier the words “open auction”, the words and sign “excepl on minimum support price in case of procurcment by Government agencics,” shall be inserted; (i) Lor sub-rulc (8), the following sub-rulc shall be substituted, namely:- “(8) As soon as the auction for a lot is over, the auctioneer/or in case of procurcment on minimum support price by Government agencies. the representative of the Commiltce)) as the case may be, shall fill in the relevant particulars in a book to be maintained in Iorm [1 and shall sccurc the signaturcs of both the buyer and the scller or their respective representatives, whoever may be present at the spot: Provided that the vegetable and fruit dealer shall be allowed to note down the auction in Mundi Bahi instead of register in Form Il and the Mundi Bahi shall be paged, properly bounded in a book ol at lcast onc hundred pages or mhlliplc thereol and the [irst and last page thereol shall be signed, stamped and dated by the Scerctary of the Commitice or any other official authorised by him in this behall”. | 3.
