Govt. of UP (section-6) vide 1/2018, Dated- 27 February 2018. issued by Deptt. potifie: ation no. 649/77- 6-1 8-L C4: And, WHEREAS, in para 54 and 6.3 of the above said policy. the Developers of Logistics Park and New Logistics Units have been granted 10 Exemptien in Electricity Duty for the period of 10 years. NOW, THEREFORE. in exercise of the powers under sub-sechoan (4) 3: cectioa (3) of U.P. Electricity (Duty) Act-1952 (UP.Act no. 33 of }9S2), the Governor, in order to execute this policy, is pleased to direct that Developers of Logistics Park and New Logistics “Units established under the U-P.
