M/01/2010~^^^^t] MINISTRY OF ENVIRONMENT AND FORESTS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 1 st December, 2010 S.O. 2882(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) read with sub-section (I) of Section 5A of Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, I960 (59 of 1960), the Central Government hereby reconstitutes the Animal Welfare Board of India consisting of the following persons as its Members, with effect from the date of publication of this notification, namely:— 1.
