( at{-11?1?01 ) Bhopal, the 13th August 2021 No. F- B-04-02-2021-2-V (03).-In exercise of the powers con!erredby Section 75 of the Indian Stamp act, 1899 (II of 1899) State Government hereby makes the following amendments in the Madhya Pradesh Stamp Rules, 1942 namely:- AMENDMENTS In the said rules, in rule 25, in sub-rule (2), for the clause (b), the follwing clause shall be substituted, namely:- "(b) Banks, Financial Institutions, Post offices or such Corporation/Board/Company wherein at least 51 % share is held by Central or State Government.''.
