EXTRAORDINARY PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 153] NEW DELHI, THURSDAY, JANUARY 9, 2025/PAUSHA 19, 1946 MINISTRY OF ENVIRONMENT, FOREST AND CLIMATE CHANGE NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 9th January, 2025 S.O. 155(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 3 of the Environment (Protection) Act, 1986 (29 of 1986) and in pursuance of the notification of the Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Environment and Forests, number S.O. 1533(E), dated the 14th September, 2006, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub- section (ii), vide number S.O. 2222(E), dated the 10th June, 2024, namely: In the said notification, in paragraph 8, after serial number (iii) and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be inserted, namely:- “(iii a) Shri Vivek Bapurao Patil, Building No. Q.704 (QUE) Wondercity CHS, Near Katraj Dairy, Katraj, Pune-411046 -Member;”.
