The Central Government hereby nominates Special Secretary / Additional Secretary, incharge of Animal Welfare, Ministry of Environment, Forest & Climate Change to be the Chairman of the Committee as per sub-section (2) of Section 15 of the said Act. 3. Joint Secretary (Animal Welfare), Ministry of Environment, Forest & Climate Change will be Vice Chairman of the Committee. 4. The term of the Committee shall, unless sooner dissolved, be two years from the date of its constitution. 5. The Committee constituted earlier vide Gazette Notification no. S.O. 2041(E) dated 30.08.2012 stands dissolved from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette. ANIL BAHUGUNA, Jt. Secy. S.O. 599(E) 25.01.2005, S.O.1491(E) dated 17.10.2005 and S.O.933(E) dated 21.06.2006. The Committee was again constituted and published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary vide No. S.O.1817(E) dated 19.10.2006 and amended vide notification numbers S.O.1328(E) dated 07.06.2010 and S.O.2778(E) dated 10.11.2010. The Committee was further re-constituted and published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary vide No. S.O.2041(E) dated 30.08.2012.
