NOTIFICATION Sub: - First A n1cndm c n1· of"Tripur a Data Centre Policy, 2021". · The Governor of T ripu ra is plei!.Sed t o ac.cord approval to the amen dment of the Serial No. 1 of the Clause 6.2 of the Tripura Data Centre Policy 202 1, which i s related to providing exemption on Povver char ges to D ata Centre enterprises. The Serial No. 1 of the C lause 6 .2 of the Tripura Data Cen tre Poli cy, 2021 shall be modified as ·'Special power tariji of Rs.4.75 per kwh m ay b e offered to the Data Centre enterprises, which vvil'l corrm1ence their commercial p roduction in Tripura during first 2 years of the policy, for e ntire polic y p eriod from the date of corrunencernent . For the Data Centre enterprises commencin g eomrn ercial production in Tripura after firs t 2 year s of t h e policy, concessio nal power tariff s hall b e .refix ed following the principal of base rate of the b asket power purchase price and additiona l I 0 % on account of Ope ration & Maintenance, Transmission, Point of Conncc.tion (POC) and other ad1ninistra1ive charges. S tate Government may issu e necessary direction to T r ipura E lectric ity Regulatory Commission (TERC) in t hi s respect. '" The modified provision of the policy shall come into effect from the date of notification of the T ripura Data Centre Policy , 2021 i.e. 30'11 October, 2021.
