(1) The Madhya Pradesh Madhya Pradesh Lok Seva (Anusuchit Jatiyon, Anusuchit Jan Jatiyon Aur Anya Pichhade Vargon Ke Liye Arakshan) Sanshodhan Adhyadesh, 2019 (No. 2 of 2019) is hereby repealed. (ii) in sub-clause (b), for the words and figure "Other Backward Classes 14 percent", the words and figure "Other Backward Classes 27 percent" shall be substituted. (i) in sub-clause (a), for the words and figure "Other Backward Classes 14 percent", the words and figure "Other Backward Classes 27 percent" shall be substituted. 2. In Section 4 of the Madhya Pradesh Lok Seva (Anusuchit Jatiyon, Anusuchit Jan Jatiyon Aur Amendment of Anya Pichhade Vargon Ke Liye Arakshan) Adhiniyam, 1994 (No. 21 of 1994), in sub-section (2), in Section 4. clause (i),- 1. This Act may be called the Madhya Pradesh Lok Seva (Anusuchit Jatiyon, Anusuchit Jan Short title. Jatiyon Aur Anya Pichhade Vargon Ke Liye Arakshan) Sanshodhan Adhiniyam, 2019. An Act further to amend the Madhya Pradesh Lok Seva (Anusuchit Jatiyon, anusuchit Jan Jatiyon . Aur Anya Pichhade Vargon Ke Liye Arakshan) Adhiniyam, 1994.
