TRIPURA GAZETTE Published by Authority EXTRAORDINARY ISSUE PART--I-- Orders and Notifications by the Government of Tripura, The High Court, Government Treasury etc. GOVERNMENT OF TRIPURA FINANCE DEPARTMENT (TAXES & EXCISE) NO.F.l·ll(17)-TAX/VAT/200S(P-IV) Dated, Agartala, the 13 I 08 /2019 In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 16 of the Tripura Value Added Tax Ad, 2004 ('l'ripura Act No. 1 of 2005), it is notified for general information of all concerned that the State Government hereby amends the Schedule II(b) appended to the Act as under: Amendment of Schedule II(b): The words & punctuation "List of goods taxable (ii, 9%" under Schedule II(b) shall be substituted by "List of goods taxable (ii.! 4%" under Schedule II(b) for entry no. 80 of the said Schedule.
