Dir/ Industrial & Business Development/1906 dated 22/12/2017 in pursuance of the provisions of clause 6.4 & clause 9.1 of the Punjab Industrial & Business Development Policy, 2017 (hereinafter referred as Policy) notified vide no CC/ Addl.Dir/ Indl. & Business Development/ 2017/ 1369 dated 17.10.17 regarding setting up of District level Single Window System and No. PIU/IBDP-2017/5232 dt: 31-10-2018, issued thereafter, regarding the jurisdiction of District Level Committee, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to make amendments in accordance with Detailed Schemes & Operational Guidelines,2018 notified on 07-08-2018 as under:- 1. The applications for regulatory clearances/fiscal incentives for Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises (MSME) as defined by Ministry of MSME, Government of India irrespective of Fixed Capital Investment (FCI) shall be made to the District Level Committee. 2. The applications for regulatory clearances/fiscal incentives for projects other than MSME irrespective of Fixed Capital Investment (FCI) shall be made to the State Level Committee.
