No. 298] NEW DELHI, THURSDAY, JULY 6, 2006/ASADHA 15,1928 2031 GJ/2006 - (1) MINISTRY OF SOCIAL JUSTICE AND EMPOWERMENT NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 27th June, 2006 GS.R. 403(E) .—In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-sections (1) and (2) of Section 35 of the National Trust for Welfare of Persons with Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Mental Retardation and Multiple Disabilities Act, 1999 (44 of 1999), the Board, with the previous approval of the Central Government, hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the Board of the Trust Regulations, 2001, namely:— 1. (1) These regulations may be called the Board of the Trust (Amendment) Regulations, 2006. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In the Board of the Trust Regulations, 2001, for sub-regulation (3) of Regulation 6, the followmg sub-regulation .shall be substituted, namely :— "(3) The registration fee payable with the application shall be rupees two thousand for an organisation having its registered or head office in the urban area and rupees one thousand for an organisation having its registered or head office in the rural area.".
