S.O. 3094(E) Notification relating to appointment of non-official members of PPV&FR Authority

EXTRAORDINARY PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 2371] NEW DELHI, FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 30, 2016/ASVINA 8, 1938 x;k%& MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND FARMERS WELFARE (Department of Agriculture, Cooperation and Farmers Welfare) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 30th September, 2016 S.O. 3094(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Protection of Plant Varieties and Farmers Rights Act, 2001 (53 of 2001), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment, in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare (Department of Agriculture, Cooperation and Farmers Welfare) published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3 Sub-section (ii), vide S.O. 1589 (E), dated 11 th November, 2005, namely:— 2. In the said notification, for item numbers (ix), (x), (xi), (xii), (xiii), (xiv) and (xv) and the entries relating thereto, following item numbers and entries shall respectively be substituted, namely:- “(ix) Shri Bihari Lal Sharma, Executive Director, Youth for Sustainable H.P. High Court, Shimla- 171001. - Member (x) Shri Aruna Kumara VK, Director, Krishi Prayoga Pariwara, Krishi Nivas, Kuruvalli, Thirthahalli, Shimoga District, Karnataka – 577432. - Member (xi) Shri M Prabhakar Rao, Chairman and Managing Director, Nuziveedu Seeds Private Limited, NSL Icon, 4 th floor, Opp. ICICI Bank, Road No. 12, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad, Telangana-500034. - Member (xii) The Vice Chancellor, Dr. Rajendra Prasad Central Agricultural University, Pusa, Samastipur-848125. - Member (xiii) Dr. Nikki Kumari (Hembrom), MIG 52, Hanuman Nagar, Kankarbagh, Patna -800020. - Member (xiv) Principal Secretary (Agriculture), Maharashtra - Member (xv) Principal Secretary (Agriculture), Madhya Pradesh - Member”. 2.
