Bhopal, the 8% August 2024 No. F A3-36-2018-1-V(15).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 52 of the Madhya Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (19 of 2017), the State Government, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following amendments in this department’s notification No. F A 3-36-2018-1-V (90), dated, 29* September 2018, namely: — In the said notification, for the words “half per cent.”, the figure and word “0.25 percent.” shall be substituted. 2.
