No. 801/2/2006-PITNDPS dated 10-3-2006 under the said sub-section directing that Shri Rajbali Paswan S/o Shri Sohrai Ram R/o Gausganj, Gangipul, near Samshan Ghat, Ara (Bihar), be detained and kept in custody in the Central Jail, Buxur (Bihar) with a view to preventing him from engaging in illicit trafficking of Narcotic Drugs. " 2. Whereas, the Central Government has reason to believe that the aforesaid person has absconded or is concealing himself so that the order cannot be executed; 3. Now, therefore, in exercise of powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (1) of Section 8 of the said Act, the Centnjt Government hereby directs the aforesaid person to appear before Shri N. N. Upadhayay, Intelligence Officer. Narcoffes Control Bureau, S-18/38, Lalit Behari Sen Marg, Taxal, Nadesar, Varanasi-221002, within 10 days of the publication of thisirtftr in the Official Gazette. Ara (Bihar), he detained and kept in custody in the Central Jail, Buxur (Bihar) with a view to preventing him from engaging in illicit trafficking uf Narcotic Drugs. 2. Whereas, the Central Government has reason to believe that the aforesaid person has absconded or is concealing himself so that the Order cannot be executed; 3.
