HARYANA GOVERNMENT WELFARE OF SCHEDULED CASTES & BACKWARD CLASSES DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION Dated 28July. 2021. No. 338-SW-(1)-2021. In Superannuation Notification issued vide No. 714-SW(1)-2014 dated 21™ October 2014, the Governor of Haryana is pleased to constitute a State Monitoring Committee under Section 26(1) of “The Prohibition of Employment as Manual Scavengers and their Rehabilitation Act. 2013 to review the implementation of the provisions of the said Act consisting of the following members:- (a) The Chief Minister of the State or a Minister nominated by him — Chairperson, ex-officio: (b) The Minister-in-charge of the Scheduled Castes Welfare, and such other Department: (c) Chairperson of the State Commissions for Scheduled Castes — member. ex-officio: (d) Representatives of the National Commission for Scheduled Castes. and Safai Karamcharis — member ex-officio; (¢) Not less than two members of the State Legislature belonging to the Scheduled Castes. nominated by the State Government: 1.
