(EXTRA.), JUNE 9, 2021 (JYST. 19, 1943 SAKA) 1551 4- ch;j 'kwU; 'kwU; 'kwU; HARYANA GOVERNMENT EXCISE AND TAXATION DEPARTMENT Notification The 9th June, 2021 No. 22/X-l/ P.A. 1/1914/Ss. 18, 34 and 59/2021.— In exercise of the powers conferred by Sections 18, 34 and 59 of the Haryana Excise Act, 1914 (Punjab Act 1 of 1914), and with reference to Haryana Government, Excise and Taxation Department, notification No.09/X-l/P.A.1/1914/S.9/2020, dated the 28th January, 2020, I, Shekhar Vidyarthi, Excise Commissioner, Haryana, hereby make the following rules further to amend the Punjab Liquor Permit and Pass Rules, 1932, in their application to the State of Haryana, with effect from the 12th day of June, 2021, namely :– 1. These rules may be called the Punjab Liquor Permit and Pass (Haryana Amendment) Rules, 2021. 1552 HARYANA GOVT. GAZ. (EXTRA.), JUNE 9, 2021 (JYST. 19, 1943 SAKA) 2. In the Punjab Liquor Permit and Pass Rules, 1932, in rule 2, in clause (a), for the existing second proviso, the following proviso shall be substituted, namely:- “Provided further that the licensee shall pay permit fee for the purchase of liquor in case, the retail zones of country liquor (L-14A) and Indian Made Foreign Liquor (L-2) vends are allotted by both mode of allotment, as provided in clause 2.3 of the Excise Policy for the year 2021-2022 on the following rates: - Serial Number Type of Liquor Rates “1.
