Haryana Government Gazette EXTRAORDINARY Published by Authority © Govt. of Haryana No. 56-2023/Ext.] CHANDIGARH, MONDAY, MARCH 20, 2023 (PHALGUNA 29, 1944 SAKA) HARYANA GOVERNMENT ANIMAL HUSBANDRY & DAIRYING DEPARTMENT Notification The 20th March, 2023 No 401(CFMS)-AH-4-2023/1663— In supersession of Notification No. 3211(CFMS)-AH-4-2019/6544, dated 21.06.2019 and in exercise of the powers conferred under Section 3(1) of the Haryana Animal (Registration, Certification and Breeding) Act, 2019, the Governor of Haryana is pleased to constitute the Animal Registration Authority for registration of Animals under and appoint the following as its members:- 1 Director General, Animal Husbandry & Dairying, Haryana, Panchkula Chairperson 2 Managing Director, Haryana Livestock Development Board, Panchkula Member 3 Veterinary Surgeon working at Haryana Livestock Development Board, Panchkula Member 4 Deputy Director, Animal Husbandry & Dairying Department, Haryana, Panchkula Member Secretary The Headquarter of the Animal Registration Authority shall be at Panchkula, Haryana. Functions:- Registration of animals as per Section 7 of the Act. Chandigarh: AMNEET P. KUMAR, The 8th March, 2023.
