(i) These bye-laws may be called the Coir B'Jarcl (Services) Amendment Bye-law;, 1989. (ii) Thoy shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In tho Schedule to the Coir Board (Services) Bye-laws, 1983; (a) after the post of Director (Research, Develop,nent, Training & Extension) und the entries relating thereto the following shall be in;ertccl :- Name ofPo;t No. of C!assi- Director (Marketing) Posts fications •Snbject to variation depending on work load. Scale of Pay Rs. 3700- Whether Selection post or Non Selection post Selection Age limit for direct recruits Not exceeding 40 years. Note : The crucial elate for determining the age limit shall be the closing date of receipt of applica tions from candida tes in India (other than in Anclaman & Nicobar and Laksha Educational and other Qualifications required for direct recruits Post graduate degree in Business 1v1anagement with 5 years experience in Marketing or export promotion of coir goods. Note I : Qualifications are relaxoblc at the dis cretion of the appointing authority in case of candidates otherwise well qualified.
