EXTRAORDINARY PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY MINISTRY OF LAW AND JUSTICE (Department of Legal Affairs) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 3rd September, 2019 S.O. 3191(E).—In pursuance of sub-rule (1) of rule 4 of the Notaries Rules, 1956, the Central Government hereby designates two more officers, namely, Shri T.K. Malik, DLA and Shri Praveen Srivastava, DLA in the Department of Legal Affairs, Ministry of Law and Justice as competent authority, for the purposes of the said rules in relation to notaries to be appointed by the Central Government.
