Notification The 19th October, 2021 No. ME-I/A-IV/2021/73179.— This is in-continuation of Notification No. ME-IV-2021/69797 dated 30.09.2021, No. ME-I/A-IV/2021/70163 dated 04.10.2021 & ME-I/A-IV/2021/70526 dated 06.10.2021 vide which the labour rates were fixed. Now the representation of Mandi Majdoor Union dated 27.09.2021 and the representation of Mandi Majdoor Welfare Association dated 28.09.2021 were considered and decided that incidental charges for filling & placing the unit on the platform/balance, weighing and unloading from the balance for 50kg. paddy bag as mentioned in the Notification No. ME-IV-2021 /69797 dated 30.09.2021 be refixed/revised at par with the Notification No. ME-I/AIII/2020/7502 dated 10.04.2020. Accordingly the labour rates as mentioned in the Notification No. ME-IV-2021/69797 dated 30.09.2021 are modified to the extent in the table given below: - “A” Commodity Number 2 (Paddy only) Incidental charges Rates per unit (for 50Kg. only) (iii) Filling & placing the unit on the platform/balance.
