EXTRAORDINARY PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 1249] NEW DELHI, WEDNESDAY, APRIL 29, 2020/VAISAKHA 9, 1942 MINISTRY OF ENVIRONMENT, FOREST AND CLIMATE CHANGE NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 29th April, 2020 S.O. 1397(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 3 of the Environment (Protection) Act, 1986 (29 of 1986) and in pursuance of the notification of the Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Environment and Forests, number S.O. 1533(E), dated the 14 th September, 2006, the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), vide number S.O. 5651 (E), dated the 5 th November, 2018, namely:- In the said notification, in the opening paragraph, against serial number 1 and the entry relating thereto, the following entry shall be substituted, namely:- Indian Forest Service (Retired), No. 1, Collector Nagar, Perambur - Puzhal Main Road, Kadirvedu, Chennai - 600066, Tamil Nadu.
