In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section(3) of section 42 of the Rajasthan Para-medical Council Act, 2008 (Act No. 25 of 2008), the Rajasthan Para-Medical Council, with the approval of the State Government hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the Rajasthan Para-medical Council Regulations, 2014,
