The Central Government hereby nominates Additional Secretary, incharge of Animal Welfare, Ministry of Environment and Forests and Member to be the Chairperson of the Committee as per sub-section (2) of section 15 of the said Act. 3. Joint Secretary (Animal welfare), Ministry of Environment and Forests and Member will be Vice Chairperson of the Committee. 4. The term of the Committee shall, unless sooner dissolved, be three years from the date of its constitution. 5. The Committee constituted earlier vide Gazette Notification No. S.0.32 (E) dated 10 January, 2003 amended subsequently vide Notification Numbers. S.0.599 (E) dated 26.05.2003; 8.0.1328(E) dated 07.06.2010 and 8.0.2778(E) dated 10.11.2010 stands dissolved from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette.
