(ike (Baxette of 3ndia EXTRAORDI NARY PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 125] NEW DELHI, THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 25, 2016/PHALGUNA 6, 1937 MINISTRY OF FINANCE (Department of Revenue) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 25th February, 2016 G.S.R. 193(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of Section 9 of the Prevention of Illicit Traffic in Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1988 (46 of 1988), and in supersession of the Notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue No. G.S.R. 186(E) dated 13th March, 2015 except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the Central Government hereby constitutes an Advisory Board for a period of one year consisting of :- 2.
