No. 62, Dated 04th September, 2020- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Ordinance, 2020 (hereafter in this notification referred to as the said Ordinance), the Government of Jharkhand hereby appoints the 18th Day of May, 2020 as the date on which the provisions of section 11 of the said Ordinance shall come into force. 2. This notification shall be deemed to be effective from the 18th May, 2020.
