(TO BE PUBLISHED IN PART IV OF THE DELHI GAZETTE EXTRAORDINARY) GOVERNMENT OF NATIONAL CAPITAL TERRITORY OF DELHI FINANCE (EXPENDITURE-I) DEPARTMENT Notification No. 10/2022-State Tax (Rate) Dated: 44/2 /2022 No. F.3 (22¥)/Fin.(Exp-I)/2022-23/DS-I/ Se - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (1) of section 11 and sub-section (1) of section 16 of the Delhi Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (3 of 2017), the Lieutenant Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following amendments in_ this Government’s Notification No. 02/2022-State Tax (Rate), dated the 27" June, 2022, published in the Gazette of Delhi, Extraordinary, Part IV, vide number F.3(7)/Fin(Exp-I)/2022-23/DS- 1/538, dated the 27" June, 2022 namely: - In the said notification, in Table, against Sl. No. 1, for the entry in column (3), the entry “Fly ash bricks; Fly ash aggregates; Fly ash blocks” shall be substituted. 2. This notification shall come into force on the 18" July, 2022.
