No. 63 Dated- 8th August, 2019 - In exercise of the powers conferred by section 164 of the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (12 of 2017), the Government of Jharkhand, on the recommendations of the Council, and on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of Jharkhand, Commercial Taxes Department No.22/2019- State Tax, dated the 11th June, 2019, published in the Gazette of Jharkhand, Extraordinary, vide S.O. No. 57, dated the 11th June, 2019, namely:- In the said notification,for the figures, letters and words “21st day of June, 2019” the figures, letters and word “21st day of August, 2019” shall be substituted. 2. This notification shall be deemed to be effective from 21st June, 2019.
