Notification regarding Amendment in Rule 28 dated 27-12-2021

Dated: 27-12-2021 NOTIFICATION No. 8(03)/2020/DAM/MR/2901 - In exercise of the powers conferred under clause (e) of sub-section (2) of section 117 read with section 76 (1) (c) of Delhi Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) Act, 1998 (Delhi Act No. 07 of 1999), the Lieutenant Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi hereby makes the following amendment in the Delhi Agricultural Marketing Service Regulations, 2004 namely :- 1. Short title and Commencement – (1) These rules may be called, the Delhi Agricultural Marketing Service Regulations (Amendment) Rules, 2021. (2) It shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Delhi Gazette. 2 Amendment of rule 28 – The words “including retired/pensioners” shall be added after the words “any employee of the Marketing Service” and words “including retired/pensioners” shall be added after the words “officers and employees of the Marketing Service”.
