Amendment to the Constitution of the Board of National Trust

EXTRAORDINARY PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 83] NEW DELHI, TUESDAY, JANUARY 12, 2016/ PAUSA 22 , 1937 MINISTRY OF SOCIAL JUSTICE AND EMPOWERMENT (Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 12th January, 2016 S.O. 90(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of section 3 of the National Trust for Welfare of Persons with Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Mental Retardation and Multiple Disabilities Act, 1999 (44 of 1999), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment number S.O. 881(E) dated the 22nd September, 2000 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, section 3, sub-section (ii) dated the 25 th September, 2000, namely:— In the said notification, for serial numbers 5 to 7 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely:— “5 Shri M.G. Prakash, Karnataka Parents’ Association For Mentally Retarded Citizens, Bangalore (Karnataka) Member (Representative from association of parents of persons with disability – Mental retardation) 6. Ms. Indrani Basu, Action for Autism, South Delhi (Delhi) Member (Representative from association of parents of persons with disability – Autism) 7. Shri Anil Upendra Joshi, Sweekar Association of Parents of Mentally Retarded Children, Nagpur (Maharashtra) Member (Representative from association of parents of persons with disability – Multiple Disability).” [No. 26-3/2013-DD-III] Note :The principal notification was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, section 3, sub-section (ii) vide number S.O. 881(E) dated the 22 nd September, 2000 and lastly amended vide notification number S.O. 1734 (E) dated the 20th July, 2011.
