‘Government of Punjab Department of Labour (Labour Branch) NOTIFICATION The @™ December, 2020 Nu.Zl/OSIlOlfi-lU-lQ”‘f\ In supersession of all earlier notifications issued by the Government of Punjab, Department of Labour, in this regard and further in excrcise of the powers conferred by section 18 of the Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Act, 1996 (Central Act 27 of 1996), and all other powers in this regard, the Government of Punjab is pleased to constitute the Punjab Building and Other Construction Worker's Welfare Board in exercise of powers conferred on it with effect from the date of publication of this nptification in the Official Gazette.
