(EXTRA.), JUNE 7, 2024 (JYST. 17, 1946 SAKA) 1649 HARYANA GOVERNMENT EXCISE AND TAXATION DEPARTMENT Notification The 7th June, 2024 No. 14/X-1/P.A.1/1914/S.57-A/2024.— In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (1) of section 57-A of the Haryana Excise Act, 1914 (Punjab Act 1 of 1914), the Governor of Haryana hereby makes the following amendment in the Haryana Government, Excise and Taxation Department, notification No.27/X-1/P.A.1/1914/ S.57-A/2023, dated the 9th June, 2023, namely:- Amendment In the Haryana Government, Excise and Taxation Department, notification No.27/X-1/P.A.1/1914/ S.57-A/2023, dated the 9th June, 2023, in the Note, for serial number (vii) and entries thereagainst, the following serial number and entries thereagainst shall be substituted with effect from the 12th day of June, 2024, namely:- “(vii) Only Extra Neutral Alcohol based country liquor shall be sold in Haryana with effect from the year 2024-25 (12th June, 2024 to 11th June, 2025).”.
