No. NYAYASTHA-1120/374/C.R.90/Desk-11.—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of section 3 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 (25 of 1955), in its application to the State of Maharashtra, and of all other powers enabling it in this behalf ; and in partial modification of all earlier notifications issued in this behalf, in so far as they relate to the revenue Tehsil of Sinnar in Nashik Distirct, the Government of Maharashtra, hereby, with effect from 22nd April, 2023, specifies, the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division at Sinnar in Nashik District, as having jurisdiction in respect of the matters to be dealt with the said Act, within the local limits of ordiniary and special jurisdiction of the existing Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Sinnar in Nashik District.
