Administration and Control of all Government Institutions relating to Technical Education or any other Institute to be opened by Government in the Field of Technical Education. 16. Regulation of examination, Admissions, fee and all incidental matters of private and Government Institutions under the ambit of the Department. 17. Arranging funds for development of Technical Education and encouraging investment in Technical Education through Public Private Partnerships. 18. Mobilization of funds from Government of India under various schemes and implementation of these schemes and disbursement of funds under various schemes. 19. Regulation and monitoring of all AICTE approved courses such as Engineering, MBA, MCA, Hotel Management and Catering Technology, Pharmacy, Architecture, Diploma etc. 20. Mapping of Human Resources need in Technical Education and planning of Human Resources Development according to the needs of the State, Initiating new schemes for promoting Technical Education. 21. Inspection and monitering of Technical Institutions including State/ Private and Deemed Universities offering Technical Education for verification of infrastructure, faculty, machinery equipment and other facilities for quality technical education at all levels. 22.
