Reconstitution of Central Advisory Board u/s 8(a) of COFEPOSA Act for year 2016-17

EXTRAORDINARY PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 139] NEW DELHI, WEDNESDAY, MARCH 2, 2016/ PHALGUNA 12 , 1937 MINISTRY OF FINANCE (Department of Revenue) (Central Economic Intelligence Bureau) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 2nd March, 2016 G.S.R. 271(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of Section 8 of the Conservation of Foreign Exchange and Prevention of Smuggling Activities Act, 1974 (52 of 1974) and in supersession of the Notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) G. S. R. No. 204 (E) dated 19 th March, 2015 except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the Central Government hereby constitutes an advisory Board for a period of one year, consisting of :- (i) Hon’ble Ms. Justice Hima Kohli, —Chairperson (iii) Hon’ble Mr. Justice Sanjeev Sachdeva, —Member 2.
