IN pursuance of the provisions of clause (3) of Article 348.of the Constitution of India, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of notification no. 463/ "No, 463/ One-11-2022 / _ Dated Lucknow, August 3, 2022 - IN exbreies of the powers conferred by clause (c) of ‘sub-section (1) of section 48 of the Disaster , Management Act, 2005 (Act no. $3 of 2005), the Governor is pleased to establish the State Disaster Mitigation Fund ‘for projects exclusively for the purpose of disaster mitigation’ in the State.
