No. 26 Dated - 21th March, 2018 -- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 128 of the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (12 of 2017), the State Government, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby rescinds the notification of the Government of Jharkhand in the Department of Commercial Taxes No. 6/2018 - State Tax, dated 20th February 2018 , published in the Gazette of Jharkhand, Extraordinary, vide S.O. 12 dated 20th February 2018, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such rescission.
