( I ) These rules may be called the Prasar Bharati (BroadcastingCorporation o f India) Salaries, Allowances and other Conditions o f Service o f Chairman, Whole-time M embers and Part-time M embers (Second Amendment) Rules, 2012. (2) They shall come in to force on the date o f their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In the Prasar Bharati (B roadcastingC orporationof India) Salaries, Allowances and other Conditions o f Service o f Chairman, Whoie-time M embers and Part-time Members Rules, 2000, in rule 3, in sub-rule (2), in the proviso, for the words and brackets “being M em ber (Finance)” , the words and brackets “being Executive Member, M ember (I'inaiice)” shall be substituted.
