RURAL DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT Bandhakam Bhavan, 25, Marzban Path, Fort, Mumbai 400 001, dated the 3rd June 2022 NOTIFICATION No.VPM-2020/CR-155/PR-4(22).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (g) of article 243 of the Constitution of India, read with section 4 of the Maharashtra Village Panchayats Act (III of 1959), and of all other powers enabling it in this behalf, and in supersession of all the previous notifications or instruments issued in that behalf, and after consultation with the Standing Committee of the Zilla Parishad, Nandurbar and Village Panchayat and Gram Sabha Bijari, in Akrani (Dhadgaon)Tahasil of Nandurbar District, the Governor of Maharashtra hereby specifies the 3rd June, 2022, to be the date from which each of the local areas comprising group of revenue villages or revenue village of Bijari, Sirsani, Gourya, Kamod Khurd, Jarali Mankhedi Khu.and Chinalkuva in Akrani(Dhadgaon) Tahasil, in Nandurbar District, specified in column (3) of the Schedule appended hereto, shall be the distinct village and shall be known by the name of the villages Bijari, Sirsani, Gourya, and Kamod Khurd, respectively, as specified in column (2) thereof, for the purposes of Part IX of the Constitution.
