A NOTIFICATION In exercise of the powers conferred by section 168A of the Tripura State Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Tripura Act No. 9 of 2017), the Government, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendment in the ntotitication of the Government of Tripura in the Finance Department. No.F.l-1l(9.l)-TAX/GST/2020(Part-IV), dated the 21“ May, 2020, published in the Tripura Gazette, Extraordinary Issue, vide number 1230, dated the 21”‘ May, 2020, namely:- in the said notification, in the first paragraph, in clause (i).-- V (i) For the words. figures and letters "29"‘ day 0 ti June. 2020“. the words, figures and letters ‘"30"’ day oFAugust. 2020“ shall be substituted; (ii) for the words, figtltres and letters “30"‘ day of June, 2020”, the words, figures and letters “3 15‘ day of August, 2020" shall be substituted.
