Short title and commencement (i) These Regutations may be called ihe Joint Electricity Regulatory Commission for Goa & Union Territories (Establishment bf‘Forum for Redressal of Grievances of Consumers) (Second Amendment) Regulations, (ii) These Regulations shall be applicable in the State ofGoa and the Union Territories of Andaman & Nicobar Isiands, Chandigarh, Ma and Nagar Haveli. Under Regulation 4 (3) afier the word ‘lieensee’ the words “and will be allowed as a pass tln'ough expense” we added. 2. Regulation 4 (4) of the Principal Regulations, 2009: Regulation 4 (4) of the Principal Regulations, 2009 stands deleted. Amendment in Regulation 5 of the Principal Regulations, 2009: Afier Regulation 5 (6), Regulation 5 (5) to (10) are renumbered as Regulation 5 (7) to (12). Amendment in Regulation 6 of the Principal Regulations, 2009: Following is added in the end of Regulation 6 of the Principal Regulations, 2009: “within such time and in such manner as specified by the Commission in Joint Electricity Regulatory Commission for State of Goa and Union Ten'itories (Appointment and Functioning of Ombudsman) Regulations, 2009 read. along with [st and 2nd Amendments Regulations.
