(EXTRA.), MAY 21, 2024 (VYSK. 31, 1946 SAKA) 1430 HARYANA GOVERNMENT EXCISE AND TAXATION DEPARTMENT Notification The 21st May, 2024 No. 08/GST-2.— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 148 of the Haryana Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (19 of 2017), the Governor of Haryana, on the recommendations of the Council hereby makes the following amendment in the Haryana Government, Excise and Taxation Department, notification No. 03/GST-2, dated the 24th January, 2024, namely:- AMENDMENT In the Haryana Government, Excise and Taxation Department, notification No. 03/GST-2, dated the 24th January, 2024, in para 4, for the words, figures and sign “1st day of April, 2024”, the words, figures and sign “15th day of May, 2024” shall be substituted. 2.
