GAZ., MAR. 15, 2022 (PHGN. 24, 1943 SAKA) [PART I 220 HARYANA GOVERNMENT TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING DEPARTMENT Notification The 8th March, 2022 No. 1/51/2021-1TCP.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Panchkula Metropolitan Development Authority Act, 2021 (23 of 2021), the Governor of Haryana hereby declares the area falling in the areas mentioned in Schedule-I and the area falling within the limits of controlled areas in Panchkula district as specified in the Schedule II given below and shown in the plan appended hereto, to be Panchkula Metropolitan Area for the purposes of the said section, namely:- SCHEDULE I (A) Panchkula Metropolitan Area shall comprise the whole of the area specified in Schedule I; (i) All the areas comprised in interim revised master plan of Panchkula bearing DRG. No. D.T.P. (P) 55/86 Dt.- 4.12.86. (ii) All the areas comprised in revised development plan of Panchkula Extension-I, bearing Drawing No. D.T.P. (P) 1127/09 dated 08.09.2009, vide Haryana Government notification bearing date 08.09.2009. (iii) All the areas comprised in development plan of Pinjore Kalka Urban Complex upto 2025 AD bearing DRG. No. D.T.P. (P) 910/2005 dated 18.03.2005, vide Haryana Government notification bearing date (iv) All the areas comprised in development plan of Pinjore Kalka Urban Complex upto 2031 AD bearing DRG. No. D.T.P. (P) 1288/14 dated 03.03.2014, notified vide Haryana Government notification bearing date 03.07.2014 and further modified on 29.12.2016 and 24.01.2018. (v) All the areas comprised in final development plan-2021 AD for the controlled area around existing boundary of H.S.I.I.D.C., Industrial Estate at Village Alipur, District Panchkula bearing DRG. No. D.T.P. (P) 1253/2013 dated 08.01.2013, notified vide Haryana Government notification bearing No. CCP (NCR)FDP/(PKL-II/APR)2013/147 dated 11.01.2013 and further amended on 29.11.2016 and (vi) All the areas comprised in revised Shree Mata Mansa Devi Urban Complex Development Plan bearing DRG. No. D.T.P. (P) 861/04 dated 12.03.04, notified vide Haryana Government notification bearing No. U.O. No. CTP PA-678 dated 06.04.2004 (vii) All the areas comprised in development plan of Kot Behla Urban Complex upto 2021 AD bearing DRG. No. D.T.P. (P) 1271/2013 dated 24.06.2013, notified vide Haryana Government notification bearing date 17.07.2008 and further modified on 24.01.2018.
