The Central Government hereby nominates Additional Secretary, incharge of Animal Welfare, Ministry of Environment and Forests and Member to be the Chairperson of the Committee as per sub-section (2) of section 15 of the sad Act. 3. Joint Secretary (Animal Welfare), Ministry of Environment and Forests and Member will be Vice Chairperson of the Committee. 4. The term of the Committee shall, unless sooner dissolved, be four years from the date of its constitution. 5. The Committee constituted earlier vide Gazette Notification ftlo.S.0.32(E) dated 10* January, 2003 amended subsequently vide Notification Numbers 15.01.2004; 5.0.85(E) dated 25.1.2005; S.0.1491(E) dated 17.10.2005 and SO. 933(E) dated 21.6.2006 stands dissolved from the date of publication of this nob'firation in the Offltiai Gazette. .
