Uttar Pradesh Shasan Rajya kar Anubhag -2 in pursuance of the provisions of clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution of India, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of Government Notification no.-651/XI-2-21- NOTIFICATION Lucknow: Dated: July }3 , 2021 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 148 of the Uttar Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (U.P. Act no. 1 of 2017), the Governor, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification no.-KA.NI.-2-983/XI-9(47)/17-U.P.Act-1- In the said notification, in the third paragraph, in the second proviso, for the figures, letters and words “31‘' day of May, 2021”, the figures, letters and words “31° day of July, 2021” shall be substituted. 2.
