Notification Regarding Amendment in Rule 24 dated 27-12-2021

Dated: 27-12-2021 NOTIFICATION No. 8(02)/2020/DAM/MR/2917 . - In exercise of the powers conferred by section 116 of the Delhi Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) Act, 1998 (Delhi Act No. 07 of 1999), the Lieutenant Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi hereby makes the following rules to amend the Delhi Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) General Rules, 2000, namely:- 01. Short title and Commencement – (1) These rules may be called, the Delhi Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) General (Amendment) Rules, 2021. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Delhi Gazette. 02. In sub-rule (1) of Rules 24, the words “fifteen days” shall be substituted with the words “sixty days” By Order and in the Name of the Lt.
