Act no 1 of 2017) the Governor, hereby appoints the 24" day of September, 2019, as the date on which the provisions of rules 10, 11, 12 and 26 of the Uttar Pradesh Goods and Services Tax (Thirteth Amendment) Rules, 2019 (Notification NoKA.NL-2-1168/X1- 9(42y/17-UP.
